The stunning views of the bay from my room were very nice. I enjoyed chilling at the bar and exploring nearby restaurants. Shona made the experience nice. her enthusiasm lit up the place.

Clean room, friendly staff, we enjoyed the convenient location for nightlife, and the breakfast was superb with a full spread of options and fresh juice.

The bathroom door looks like it’s been through a battle, and many guests faced issues with non-functioning lights, while basic amenities—like toiletries—were often missing. Parking is a hassle. you find yourself navigating a narrow alley for limited spots. No one wants to deal with a ransacked kitchen or a breakfast area in disarray when hoping for a decent meal, but here, it’s about managing expectations. Plus, the lack of consistent hot water feels more like a gamble than a guarantee.

Great views, but not clean!

The location is a huge plus with fab sea views, but the room wasn't cleaned properly. We found bugs crawling on the curtains and dirty teaspoons. the hotel was closed when we returned at night, and it took forever to get back in. The bar area looked nice for dining, though.

we recently stayed for one night and had a better experience compared to our last visit in morecambe. the room had stunning sea views that truly impressed us and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. the staff were accommodating and even brought us fresh milk for our tea, which added a nice touch.

We had an ok time here. The bed in our room was super comfy, which made up for the lack of mattress and pillow protectors. The room itself could use some updates, though. The restaurant was nice for dinner, but the loud party in the lobby kept us up late. Not ideal for a good night's sleep!

This hotel suits me perfectly, with free wifi, a car park, and a lovely bar area. The staff were very helpful when I visited with my elderly parents. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. I’m coming back for a holiday!
